Michele Rubin is a former publishing executive with over 25 years experience. A Senior Literary Agent at Writers House for the last 23 years, she's handled and managed a wide range of authors and projects, from New York Times bestsellers to scholarly non-fiction. She was also the Literary Agent for the Estate of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., managing and curating Dr. King’s writings and their use throughout the world. She founded The King Legacy Imprint at Beacon Press. She has an extensive background in developing and editing all kinds of manuscripts and proposals, from first idea to final published book.
